If you ask me, Rudyard Kipling was one of those ‘larger than life’ characters from the late 19th and early 20th Centuries who will live on through his writings and his life achievements. Born in 1865, he passed away at age 70 in 1936. Amongst his most famous literary works you will find such stories as ‘The Jungle Book’, ‘Kim’ and, my personal favourite, ‘The Man Who Would Be King’ which was turned into an excellent movie, in 1975, and starred three of the best actors ever; Sean Connery, Michael Caine and Christopher Plummer. The poster, below, was created through the inspiration of one of Kipling’s many quotes. Without a doubt, we all could use a good supply of red wine to ease the stressed of the modern world, plenty of books to exercise and expand our intellects and lots of ammunition in these dark and dangerous days.
Rudyard Kipling Poster; Red Wine, Books and Ammunition!
- Zombie Apocalypse? Or Terrorist Apocalypse?
- Some thoughts on dealing with Daesh; time to “let slip the dogs of war”.

My thoughts exactly!
Where may one purchase a copy of this poster? Mr. Kipling summed up my thoughts precisely.
